Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will:
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions in cats, dogs, and other small animals.
- Perform routine and advanced surgeries, including orthopedic, soft tissue, and reconstructive procedures.
- Administer vaccinations, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
- Educate clients on animal wellness, preventive care, and behavioral health.
- Conduct health assessments and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians, assistants, and other veterinary professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid veterinary license in the state of Texas.
- Have experience in both medical and surgical care, with a strong focus on patient wellness and preventative care.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy for animals, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
