• 15 cases per day 80% general, 20% OB
• 6 ORs, 1 C-section room, and 2 GI suites
• Solo call coverage without CRNA support
• Patient mix: 90% adult, 9% healthy pediatric, 1% neonatal
• Proficiency required in spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
• Bread and butter cases general surgery, ortho, urology, ENT, OB
• Equal distribution of cases among providers
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
