Wound, Burn and Ostomy Physician Assistant

We are a large physician-owned group expanding in Elgin, IL. This is an opportunity to join our lead physician providing wound care in both Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and in-home settings . Wound care experience is REQUIRED , and certification in wound care is preferred. Proficiency in the misting technique is also required. We offer a flexible schedule and generous compensation 401k, health insurance, malpractice, CME, etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.

• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.

• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
