- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Dates: Sep 8 Dec 31
- Schedule: 1-2 days per week 6:30a-2:30p
- Scope: weekly bedside rounds to manage acute and chronic surgical and dermatologic wounds
- Requirements: 2 ys of SNF experience doing medically necessary wound debridement
- EMR: iPad mini to take photos and shorthand note, send to transcription to complete chart
- License and Certifications: active WA license, DEA required. Wound care certification preferred.
