Case Types General, Endo, OB, Ortho, Podiatry, Spine, ENT, Occasional dental, occasional healthy peds ENT or dental. No GYN (other than D&C's occasionally), ER - traumas, intubations, difficult IVs, sedations Provider must be proficient in all case types
