Exciting Opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in Columbus, OH
Join a dynamic Gastroenterology practice located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. This modern facility, established in 2019, offers a beautiful healing environment and is dedicated to providing quality care in a patient-centered, team-based atmosphere. As part of an expanding network, you will have the opportunity to serve a growing patient base and work alongside experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Practice on one hospital campus, blending outpatient office, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage.
- Engage in consultative hospital services with dedicated APP support.
- Utilize EMR system: EPIC, with onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
- Participate in a call rotation of 1:4, including some weekends.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative team setting.
- Advanced endoscopy training is preferred but not required.
- This is a full-time, permanent position with potential residency within the immediate local area.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology (within 1-5 years of eligibility).
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (preferred).
- 3-5 years of outpatient gastroenterology experience preferred; GI fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
License and Certification Requirements:
