Internal Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed:

• August 1, 2025 - ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Friday 7:30 AM-2:00 PM
  • No patients scheduled during lunch for charting

Clinical Details:

• Primary Care Physicians office with 3 Physicians
• 20-30 patients per day
• From prevention to diagnosis, and treatment, see appointments for minor injuries, routine check-ups, immunizations, management of chronic illness or conditions, well-women exams, EKG's, referrals to specialists, etc.
• No chronic medication management offered
• Patient population: 12 years and up
• EMR: eCW

Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
