Hospital is looking for a Pediatric ENT (Adult ENT w/Peds Experience Accepted) for a Locum Role! Immediate Need!

Job Description:

Coverage: ASAP-Ongoing

Practice Setting: Weekend Call Coverage

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 60 days

MUST NOTATE ALL IN THE NAME CLEARS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
• PALS - Required
• Active OH license - Required (will accept providers willing to obtain)
• Peds Fellowship preferred
