NEW GEN ANES JOB
1 FTE - General ANES needed for BSW Surgical Center in Fort Worth, Texas OPPORTUNITY for long term assignment! NOVEMBER 3RD, 2025 START, and will book through 2026.
M-F 5x10s.
OT only after scheduled shifts and bill $50 premium/hr.
Prioritizing full FTEs - if .5 candidates lets work to find 2 candidates to compliment and provide the full FTE coverage needed. Include their consistent weeks of availability on presentations.
Name clears needed - client is QUICK with same day responses and progresses to next steps quickly.

CRNAs support Supervision by ANES, avg 1:4 ratio. Working together on cases
Hours:7a 5 p dayshift (M-F)
Call Requirement: Client is confirming amount, call IS requird
Call Response Time: 30 min
Case Types: Mix, Gen Anes - will update once client confirms breakdown
EMR: Epic
Inpatient/Outpatient:
Mix
Daily Census/Patient Volume:
Typical PPD 8-15
Future Focus on having general anesthesiologist take livers (for transplants)
Skills Required: All Gen ANES, mixed cases (client is working on getting exact breakdowns) liver experience a HUGE plus. Cardiac oversees hearts.
Bill Rate: $450
Call Rates: TBD
Travel: Billable
Licensing Want ACTIVE TX license and clean file
Cred/Priv process: 60-90 days, temps available on case-by-case basis due to cred timeline we are looking at a November 3rd start.
BC/BE/Certification Requirements:
MD/DO Board Certified (ABA)
Additional Certifications:
DEA (need to be able to change address)
ACLS
PALS
BLS
Medmal: Client covering own medmal, will be signing Hold Harmless
Orientation needed prior to start date
