Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Job Title : Physician Assistant General Surgery
Job Type : Full-Time
Location : Findlay, OH
Shift : (Monday to Froday)

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in the OR during general surgery procedures

• Round on postoperative patients and manage inpatient consults

• Write daily progress notes, collaborate on treatment plans

• Perform physical exams, manage acute surgical/critical care conditions

• Place pre-op orders for scheduled cases

• Evaluate clinic consults, recommend surgery or endoscopy

• Explain post-op care plans to patients/families

• Use and interpret Ultrasound and CT scans in care decisions

• Handle patient calls during business hours (Mon Fri)

• Join a collaborative surgical team open to growth and development

Requirements :

• Board-Certified Physician Assistant Required

• Ohio License Active or willing to obtain

• 2+ years of General Surgery experience Required

• Clean malpractice & license history Required
