Surgery - Thoracic Physician Assistant

Are you a Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant searching for your next exciting locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Texas might just be the opportunity for you!

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Days and nights, 7a-7p and 7p-7a, 7 days per week
• Job Setting: Inpatient
• Type of Cases: Rounding in ICU, pre and post-cardiac surgery, manage patients coming off of vents, care for patients coming out of OR with open hearts, vats and lung cases, operating room experience with vein harvesting strongly preferred
• Credentialing: 1 week

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified required, Fellowship preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Active Texas license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
