This is a community-focused urgent care center dedicated to providing accessible healthcare services to the Massillon area. The facility features modern amenities and a collaborative work environment with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in an efficient urgent care setting.
Opportunity:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Urgent Care Physician
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts (10am-10pm), with potential 7 days on/7 days off schedule until full-time provider starts in October• Alternative scheduling models may be considered (5 days/week, 4 on-3 off, etc.)• Single physician coverage required (full coverage needed until at least 10/20 when FT physician starts)• Work alongside APP coverage (half coverage until second FT APP is hired)• Manage projected daily census of 50-60 patients• Utilize CareCloud EMR system• Provide comprehensive urgent care services with focus on excellent patient care• Must have completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine• Must be board certified/eligible in one of these specialties• Active Ohio medical license required (no exceptions due to quick start date)• DEA registration required by start date• BLS certification required• No overtime available• Conversion fee cap of $18-$20K if accepting permanent position
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
